2018 DL Symposium Wrap Up & Evaluation

While all of those who physically attended the conference will have received this, we wanted to share this opportunity for those that may have taken advantage of the streaming session, but be sure to indicate that you attended via the online stream.

2018 BC Digital Learning Symposium
Thank you for being a part of the 2018 Digital Learning Symposium. Your contributions were an important part of the dialogue and synergy created during our 3-day event. We are all glad we did not have the windstorm of last year that created issues travelling home. Also, it was great to spend some time in the sun outside on the terrace!

With the symposium now in the past, we want to continue the dialogue and use our collective experiences to inform future professional learning events and online opportunities. Please add your voice and insights into what worked this year and what could be done to improve 2019.

Feedback & Evaluation

If you have not done so already, please complete the online evaluation survey:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZQ7T8KQ

It would also help program planning immensely if you could provide input for the 2019 symposium location & program:

Some of you used the Sched session-specific feedback links to provide feedback to presenters, and this helps prepare future presentations. You will find a feedback form link in each session description:

Symposium BlendEd BC Site: Recordings & Discussion

Thanks to BlendEd BC all recordings can be found on their website here: https://blendedbc.com/dlsymp18/

The BlendEd BC site is also a place for discussion and continued dialogue. Add comments and links to the Google doc.  Having trouble?  Let us know and we will post for you. Find links to all curated sessions here (sort the Google folder by date modified as some sessions were not curated):

In Closing…

Please forward this email with curated symposium links and sessions to others who were unable to attend.  Tweet it out (hashtag #BlendEdBC, #CANeLearn, #BCEDL), post and share with your followers!

We look forward to planning future symposia with your input. Please use the links above to the online forms, or feel free to send your ideas along for the BC Partners in Online Learning planning committee to consider. Email info@CANeLearn.net or me at rlabonte@CANeLearn.net.

Regards,
Randy
