Canadian eLearning Network Membership Information, Newsletter and Annual General Meeting

Greetings all.  Welcome back to a new school year, as always with its challenges (labour action for some, snow closures already for others!) but ripe again with the potential for new and exciting learning opportunities for students and educators.

You are receiving this email as you previously indicated interest in the Canadian eLearning Network (CANeLearn).  Please feel free to forward this email to others if and as appropriate.
As you know, the Canadian eLearning Network (CANeLearn) was formed to champion your innovative work and support educators exploring new learning opportunities and approaches using technology for online and blended learning.  If you are interested in membership in CANeLearn or have questions, please check out our website:
If you are interested in continuing to receive emails from CANeLearn, please sign up for our newsletter:
Our first AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, September 16 at 6:30 pm Eastern time (3:30 pm Pacific – after standard school hours).  At the AGM we will be adopting our Constitution and By-Laws, our Corporate Policies, and electing our first Board of Directors.  All of this information is posted on the website and available to you, including AGM link for the live web conference meeting.
We are planning to post research information on the website soon, as well as collating and sponsoring online learning opportunities for practitioners of both online and blended learning.  There are many conferences and events coming up that will be consolidated into a CANeLearn calendar available on the website, or you can link your calendar to it directly from Google.  This information will be profiled in regular newsletters, so sign up if you would like regular updates.
Should you have any questions, please let me know.
I look forward to learning and networking with you online.  Please feel free to contact me at anytime should you have questions.
Kind regards,
Randy
