Call for Proposals
The focus of the event is on innovative learning models that reflect new curriculum initiatives in online learning environments. The event is likely to attract 300 – 350 educators largely from BC, but also across Canada and from the US.
Workshop proposals will be featured on Thursday (day one of the symposium). Friday’s symposium includes invited featured speakers and keynote(s).
There are four breakout session types:
– 75 minute Workshop/Dialogue
– 20 minute Presentation
– 3-5 minute Ignite (http://www.ignitetalks.io/)
– open dialogue (facilitated, by topic/theme)
Get your proposals in early to be included in the program. All proposals received will be reviewed and applicants will be contacted on or before December 15. Lead presenters, please register for the symposium after you have been confirmed as a presenter. Lead presenters can register at the reduced fee. Secondary presenter(s) must register at regular delegate fees – only one presenter is subject to a discount.
