CANeLearn Governance
To better serve the needs of the K-12 online learning community, our organization streamlined its governance structure to a 3-person board of directors, and creating a new Advisory Council (see the terms of reference), allowing the education leaders formerly on our board to maintain a strategic relationship with the organization, providing expertise and insight, while stepping back from direct operational and governance responsibilities.
This strategic reorganization ensures timely and effective decision-making while continuing to leverage the collective wisdom of our online learning community to drive CANeLearn’s mission forward.
