CANeLearn continues to encourage K-12 distance, online, and/or blended learning programs in Canada to participate in Digital Learning Day.

Digital Learning Day is Almost Here!

Here are 4 Easy Ways to Celebrate.

Join thousands of educators from across the country who are sharing innovative teaching practices and celebrating how technology can inspire, engage, and elevate student achievement in America’s schools. Check out this map  to find a celebration near you. Want to join in? Here’s how…
Try something new in your classroom – Challenge yourself to create a lesson that empowers students’ voice and choice.

Avoid the pitfalls of using technology for technology’s sake – PDFs should not replace worksheets and white boards are not modern overhead projectors.Use these websites to find free lesson plans that connect pedagogy with technology to improve your instructional practices. Both the SAMR and TPACK models can also help teachers reflect on and tailor lessons to suit each student’s needs.
