While unions have historically been unsupportive and skeptical of K-12 online learning in the US, recently several unions have engaged in constructive collective bargaining with different virtual schools. Similarly, while teacher unions in Canada have had concerns about developments in online learning, they have also generally been supportive if they have felt conditions were appropriate. This poster describes a study exploring written provisions for the working conditions of teachers in Canada.
